1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by
5 adding Section 370d.1 as follows:

6     (215 ILCS 5/370d.1 new)
7     Sec. 370d.1. Group policies; chambers of commerce.
8 Companies that issue group policies of accident and health
9 insurance under this Article must offer such policies to local
10 chambers of commerce. The Department shall enforce this
11 Section by rule.
