AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3085

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3085 on page 51, by inserting immediately below line 17 the following:

"(k) Notwithstanding any other provision of subsections (i) and (j), no person shall be eligible for expungement under subsection (i) or (j) if the violation occurred during the commission by the person of first degree murder, kidnapping, aggravated kidnaping, criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, or felony criminal sexual abuse.".
