AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 800

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 800, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 26, by replacing line 5 with the following:

"prior written disclosure to the board of managers. A community association manager who violates this subsection is presumed to be in breach of his or her duty of honest and fair dealing with the board of managers. Any agreement with the board of managers for the provision of goods or services to the association that is related to a violation of this subsection is void and unenforceable.".
