2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 135, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing Section 99 with the following:

4 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
5 January 1, 2022, except that Section 25 takes effect on
6 January 1, 2023.".
