AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3476 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3476 on page 51, by 
3inserting immediately below line 22 the following:
4            "(A-5)  The Illinois State Police and the law 
5        enforcement agency that arrested or otherwise 
6        initiated charges against the person whose records 
7        were automatically expunged under subsections (j) and 
8        (k) shall send a notification, via certified mail, to 
9        the person's registered address, stating the person's 
10        records were expunged.".
