AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2973

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2973 on page 4, line 5, after "pets", by inserting ", regardless of breed, size, or weight,"; and

on page 7, line 9, after "of", by inserting "multifamily rental"; and

on page 7, line 10, after "Fund", by inserting ", excluding housing developments financed with federal funds,"; and

on page 7, by replacing lines 12 and 13 with "families shall be allowed to keep no more than 4 cats or 3 dogs, regardless of breed, size, or".
