AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1972

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1972 on page 6, line 25, by inserting immediately before the period, the following:

"or, notwithstanding any other law, who is the employer or joint employer for collective bargaining purposes of a bargaining unit of employees"; and

on page 10, line 9, by replacing "other" with "other civil or criminal"; and

on page 11, line 19, by changing "(4)" to "(1) or (2)".
