AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2191

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2191 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Early Intervention Services System Act is amended by adding Section 13.1 as follows:

(325 ILCS 20/13.1 new)

Sec. 13.1. Provider reimbursement rates. For State fiscal years 2021 through 2022, the Department of Human Services shall increase reimbursement rates for early intervention services and related services by 4% each State fiscal year.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.".
