| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Robert P. "Bob" Lammert of Edwardsville, | 4 | | who passed away on April 29, 2018; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bob Lammert was born in St. Louis to Harry and | 6 | | Anna (Beutil) Lammert on December 15, 1931; he married Shirley | 7 | | Wickman; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Bob Lammert served as the founder and former | 9 | | director of Labour of Love, which provided means of hearing to | 10 | | those in need in northern Mexico; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Bob Lammert was a member of St. Boniface Catholic | 12 | | Church in Edwardsville, where he founded the church's branch of | 13 | | the St. Vincent DePaul Society; he was also a member of the | 14 | | Edwardsville Knights of Columbus Council 1143, and the 4th | 15 | | Degree Assembly 0225; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Bob Lammert was preceded in death by his parents | 17 | | and his siblings, Marjorie Berg, Kathryn Berg, Edward Lammert, | 18 | | Harry Lammert, and Harold Lammert; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Bob Lammert is survived by his wife, Shirley; his | 20 | | children, Lori Lammert, Chris (Vicki) Lammert, Leslie |

| 4 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | 5 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 6 | | Robert P. "Bob" Lammert and extend our sincere condolences to | 7 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | 8 | | further
