AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3157

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3157 on page 1, line 8, by replacing "2018" with "2019"; and

on page 1, line 11, by replacing "tuition costs" with "unreimbursed tuition costs"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 1 through 6 with the following:

"(c) As used in this Section, "qualified teacher" means an individual who (i) graduated from a public university in the State, (ii) is first employed as a public school teacher after December 31, 2018, and (iii) has been employed as a public school teacher in the State for at least 5 consecutive years.".
