AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1831 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1831 on page 2, by 
3inserting immediately below line 19 the following:
 
4    "The changes to this Section made by this amendatory Act of 
5the 100th General Assembly do not apply to requests under the 
6Freedom of Information Act made by news media. In this Section, 
7"news media" has the meaning provided in Section 2 of the
