605 ILCS 30/3   from Ch. 121, par. 603
    Amends the Bikeway Act. Makes a technical change in a provision concerning appropriations.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Bikeway Act is amended by changing Section 3
5 as follows:

6     (605 ILCS 30/3)  (from Ch. 121, par. 603)
7     Sec. 3. The ~~The~~ annual appropriation to the Department for
8 purposes of this Act shall include funds for the development of
9 bicycle paths and a State-wide bikeways program in this State.
10 In addition, the Department may accept and expend federal funds
11 granted for bikeway purposes.
