| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Marjorie R. Reynolds of Nokomis, who | 4 | | passed away on November 2, 2016; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Reynolds was born in Rountree Township to | 6 | | Olin and Mae
(Bote) Snyder
on February 13, 1922; she graduated | 7 | | from Robert Morris Business College and married Harold | 8 | | Reynolds; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Reynolds was a switchboard operator and a | 10 | | farm wife; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Reynolds enjoyed cooking, baking, | 12 | | gardening, and spending time with her children,
grandchildren, | 13 | | and great-grandchildren; she was a member of Witt Methodist | 14 | | Church and a hospital volunteer; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Reynolds was preceded in death by her | 16 | | parents; her grandchildren, Jill Noel Sommers, and Jae Sommers; | 17 | | her sisters, Barbara Falkner, and Hazel Furnes; and her | 18 | | brothers, Lynn Snyder, and Wayne Snyder; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Marjorie Reynolds is survived by her children, | 20 | | Georgia Sue (Gerald) Sommers, Debby Marie Farrell, Kristine |
