AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2399

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2399, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, by replacing everything from line 13 on page 1 through line 4 on page 2 with the following:

"with more than 1,000,000 inhabitants, and a public housing authority located in whole or in part within a municipality with more than 1,000,000 inhabitants; the term "governmental participant" specifically"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 17 through 20 with the following:

""Vendor" means any law firm that provides any professional".
