AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1655

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1655 as follows:

on page 2, by replacing line 16 with the following:

"Section 10. Community colleges.

(a) Before a community college"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 22 through 25 with the following: "days.

(b) The value of a severance agreement entered into by a community college board may not be greater than one year's base salary of the president."; and

on page 3, by deleting lines 1 and 2; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 10 through 25 with the following:

"(b) The value of a severance agreement entered into by a public university board may not be greater than one year's base salary of the executive."; and

on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 5.
