SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 317/120 rep.
    Amends the Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licensing Act. Repeals a provision exempting certain persons or businesses engaged in the installation or repair of fire sprinkler systems from having a designated certified person. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (225 ILCS 317/120 rep.)
5     Section 5. The Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licensing Act is
6 amended by repealing Section 120.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.
