1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5738
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5738 on page 3 by
3 inserting immediately below line 4 the following:
4 "(f) Nothing in this Act prohibits an employer from
5 granting to a participating employee longer leave than is
6 required under subsection (c) or (d).".
