AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 159 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 159 is amended on 
3page 2, line 7, by replacing "30%" with "20%"; and
  
4on page 2, line 8, after "Affairs," by inserting "or, if the 
5veteran is over the age of 75 and does not have a service
