1     AN ACT concerning public employee benefits.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by changing
5 Section 9-195 as follows:

6     (40 ILCS 5/9-195)  (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 9-195)
7     Sec. 9-195. To have an audit.
8     To have an audit of the accounts of the fund made at least
9 once each year by certified public accountants.The audit shall
10 be made available to members, annuitants, and the general
11 public via a posting on the fund's website.
