AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4581

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4581 on page 1, line 16, after "judge", by inserting "; however, an employer is not precluded from requiring an employee to use a furlough day to achieve a deduction in salary if the employee chooses not to use a vacation day or other form of paid leave time"; and

on page 2, line 10, after "judge", by inserting "; however, an employer is not precluded from requiring an employee to use a furlough day to achieve a deduction in salary if the employee chooses not to use a vacation day or other form of paid leave time".
