2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2957 as follows:

3 on page 4, lines 23 and 24, by replacing "a legislator" with
4 "an official or State employee"; and

5 on page 5, line 2, by replacing "legislator" with "official or
6 State employee"; and

7 on page 5, line 3, by replacing "legislator" with "official or
8 State employee"; and

9 on page 5, line 7 immediately after "or" by inserting "State".
