1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2762
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2762 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 11, by replacing "6 and 17 years" with "7
4 (attained by the end of the school year) and 17 years (unless
5 the child has already graduated from high school)"; and

6 on page 4, lines 24 and 25, by replacing "below the age of 6
7 years or above the age of 17 years" with "not of compulsory
8 school age as specified under Section 26-1 of this Code"; and

9 on page 5, line 3, by replacing "term" with "term,".
