1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2340
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2340 on page 2, line
3 8, by replacing "or" with "~~or~~"; and

4 on page 2, line 12, by replacing the period with ", or ~~.~~"; and

5 on page 2, immediately below line 12, by inserting the
6 following:
7         "(7) the mobile home is owned by the United States, the
8     State of Illinois, a municipality, or a taxing district.";
9     and

10 on page 3, line 3, by replacing "or (a)(6)" with "(a)(6), or
11 (a)(7)".
