AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1281

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1281 on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 19 the following:

"This subsection does not apply to a parent, step parent, guardian, grandparent, or custodial relative of a minor in the course of exercising his or her parental rights to supervise, monitor, and control the activities of a minor in his or her care, custody, or control.".
