AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3177

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3177, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 48, by replacing line 11 with the following:

"subsections (d)(1), and (d)(1.5), and (d)(1.8) of Section 1-4 of the"; and

on page 49, by replacing line 10 with the following:

"License Act of 1987, except an exempt person, and means a "mortgage loan originator" as defined in subsection (jj) of Section 1-4 of the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987, except an exempt person.".
