I move to accept the specific recommendations of the Governor as to Senate Bill 1744 in manner and form as follows:

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1744

IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS

Amend Senate Bill 1744 on page 41, by replacing lines 23 and 24 with the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.".
