1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1692
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1692, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 5, line 19, by replacing "loan" with "loan or a
5 consumer credit transaction made by a natural person who
6 provides seller financing secured by a principal residence no
7 more than 3 times in a 12-month period, provided such consumer
8 credit transaction is not made by a person that has constructed
9 or acted as a contractor for the construction of the residence
10 in the ordinary course of business of such person".
