3 line 8, by replacing "is requested to" with "shall"; and

4 on page 2, line 14, by replacing "and evaluate" with "the need
5 to evaluate"; and

6 on page 2, lines 20 and 21, by replacing "on the first day of
7 the regular session, 2012," with "8 months after this
8 resolution is adopted".
