by replacing lines 20 through 26 on page 4 and line 1 on page 5 with the following: "a felony or a Class A or B misdemeanor. any of the"; and

on page 11, by replacing lines 16 through 23 with the following: "as a felony or a Class A or B misdemeanor.".
