on page 5, by replacing lines 9 through 14 with the following: "a statewide organization representing the pharmaceutical industry appointed by the Governor; a representative of a statewide organization representing hospitals appointed by the Governor; a representative of a statewide organization representing physicians appointed by the Governor; a representative of a statewide organization representing pharmacists appointed by the Governor; and 2 patient advocates".
