1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3115
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3115 as follows:

3 on page 1, by replacing line 8, with the following:
4     "(a) The provisions of this Section are in the public
5 interest, for the public benefit, and serve secular public
6 purposes.
7     (b) As used in this Section, "textbook" means any book or";
8 and

9 on page 2, line 2, by replacing "(b)" with "(c)"; and

10 on page 2, line 14, by replacing "(c)" with "(d)".
