1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1964
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1964 on page 1, by
3 inserting after line 12 the following:

4     "Section 10. The General Not For Profit Corporation Act of
5 1986 is amended by adding Section 101.36 as follows:

6     (805 ILCS 105/101.36 new)
7     Sec. 101.36. Abuse of State funds. The Attorney General has
8 the authority to review the expenditures of registered
9 not-for-profit corporations that receive funding from the
10 State and shall penalize, at his or her discretion, any
11 not-for-profit corporation that is abusing State funds in any
12 manner.".
