2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1475 on page 7, line 
39, by replacing "made." with "made, except in cases in which an 
4insurer is acting as a plan administrator for the Comprehensive 
5Health Insurance Plan under the Comprehensive Health Insurance
