AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1381

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1381 on page 19, by replacing lines 17 through 21 with the following: "the influence of cannabis."; and

on page 30, line 15, by inserting ": (i)" after "shall"; and

on page 30, line 17, by inserting after "patients" the following: "and (ii) recommend a policy to the General Assembly relating to driving under the influence laws as they apply to registered patients, including whether the presence of metabolites or other components of cannabis should create a presumption of driving under the influence, and, if so, what thresholds should be established".
