2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5752 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 7, by replacing "HIV/AIDS" with "Chronic
4 Disease"; and

5 on page 1, line 9, by replacing "HIV/AIDS" with "Chronic
6 Disease"; and

7 on page 1, line 11, by replacing "an HIV/AIDS" with "a
8 chronic"; and

9 on page 2, line 5, by inserting after "HIV/AIDS" and before the
10 period "and other chronic diseases"; and

11 on page 2, line ll, by replacing "HIV/AIDS infected" with
12 "chronically ill"; and

1 on page 2, line 13, by replacing "with HIV/AIDS." with the
2 following:
3 "with chronic illnesses, including heart disease,
4 hypertension, and HIV/AIDS, among others."; and

6 illnesses, including heart disease, hypertension, and
7 HIV/AIDS, among others.".
