AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5751

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5751 on page 6, by replacing line 10 with the following: "those items, or to persons who are dealers or importers licensed under Section 923 of the federal Gun Control Act of 1968 if they are located in another state, or to an individual residing in another state and maintaining those items in another state; or the possession of those items solely for the purpose of conducting an activity otherwise exempted by this subdivision (4)."; and
