1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5744
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5744, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 3, by deleting "and"; and

5 on page 2, line 6, by replacing "." with "; and"; and

6 on page 2, immediately below line 6, by inserting the
7 following:
8         "(4) provides a copy of his or her current out-of-state
9     license or authorization to practice to the free medical
10     clinic, which shall retain the copy for 2 years.".
