AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4650

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4650 on page 4, by

inserting below line 8 the following:

    "Section 35.  Persons in the United States illegally.  
5
Persons whose presence in the United States is not legally 
6
authorized shall not be counted in any census used for purposes 
7
