AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4047

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4047 as follows:

on page 1, line 13, by replacing "officer." with "contact."; 
4
and

on page 1, line 16, by deleting "airborne"; and

on page 1, by replacing line 17 with the following:

"infectious disease, identified as a Class I or Class II 
8
disease in the Control of Communicable Disease Code or 
9
tuberculosis, that in"; and


 
10
on page 1, by replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following:
11
"then the medical facility shall notify the designated  contact 
12
of the municipal or private provider agency listed on the 
13
ambulance run sheet that transported the victim"; and
