1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2865
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2865, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 2, on page 13, line 7, by replacing "1,2000" with "1,200"; and

5 on page 32, line 2, by inserting after "felony" the following:
6 ", except that a violation under paragraph (2) of this Section
7 is a Class 2 felony".
