1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1622
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1622 on page 4, by
3 replacing line 14 with the following:

4 "ordinance shall specifically state the standard requirements,
5 if any, of"; and

6 on page 5, line 16, by replacing "pursuant to" with "in
7 accordance with the powers set forth in"; and

8 on page 5, lines 18 and 19 by replacing "including, but not
9 limited to,~~under~~" with "under".
