1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2968
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2968 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 11, with the following:
4 "physician licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987 or
5 licensed to practice medicine in any other state or territory
6 of the"; and

7 on page 1, lines 26 and 27, by replacing "criminal prosecution,
8 civil damages, or medical malpractice damages." with the
9 following:

10 "any civil damages or medical malpractice damages as a result
11 of any act or omission, except for willful and wanton
12 misconduct, by that person in rendering those services.".
