1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1726
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1726 on page 4 by
3 replacing lines 34 and 35 with the following:
4 "The Department shall make available for distribution in
5 2005 not less than 20,000 non-resident deer archery permits. In
6 2006 and thereafter the number of non-resident deer archery
7 permits shall be no less than the number of applicants for
8 non-resident deer archer permits requested the previous year or
9 20,000, whichever greater.".
