Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the organization of combined school districts.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section 11B-1 as follows:

(105 ILCS 5/11B-1) (from Ch. 122, par. 11B-1)

Sec. 11B-1. Definition. For the the purposes of Article 11B, "combined school district" means any district resulting from the combining of 2 or more entire elementary school districts or 2 or more entire high school districts.
