1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1469
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1469 on page 4,
3 lines 10 and 11, by replacing ", extreme violence, and death"
4 with "and extreme violence"; and

5 on page 4, line 12, by replacing "kidnaping" with "kidnapping";
6 and

7 on page 4, by replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following:
8 "degree murder, the defendant is guilty of a Class X felony.";
9 and

10 on page 5, line 5, by inserting "or the Minimum Wage Law,
11 whichever is greater" after "(FLSA)".
