1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2581
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2581 on page 5, by
3 replacing line 19 with the following:

5     "Section 35. Further legislative action.
6     (a) No later than"; and

7 on page 5, after line 23, by inserting the following:
8     "(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the
9 General Assembly may vote by May 1, 2006 to continue, delay, or
10 end any ongoing implementation of this Act.".
