AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2375

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2375, AS AMENDED, by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by changing Section 1-15.30 as follows:

(30 ILCS 500/1-15.30)

Sec. 1-15.30. Contract. "Contract" means all types of State agreements, regardless of what they may be called, for the procurement, use, or disposal of supplies, services, professional or artistic services, or construction or for leases of real property or capital improvements, or in connection with loans, bonds, notes, lines of credit or other borrowing or granting of a mortgage or other collateral as security for any borrowing, and including master contracts, contracts for financing through use of installment or lease-purchase arrangements, renegotiated contracts, and change orders.

Section 10. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by repealing Sections 40-45 and 40-46.
