 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1586

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1586 on page 2, by
 3    deleting lines 5 through 18; and

 4    on page 2, in line 19 by replacing "(f)" with "(e)"; and

 5    on page 2, in line 27  by  inserting  after  "occurred."  the
 6    following:

 7    "If  the court determines that the complaint is valid it may,
 8    for the purposes of discovery, redact from the minutes of the
 9    meeting closed  to  the  public  any  information  deemed  to
10    qualify under the attorney-client privilege."; and

11    on page 2 in line 31 by replacing "(g)" with "(f)"; and

12    on page 3, in line 18 by replacing "180 60" with "60"; and

13    on  page  3,  in  line  20 by replacing "180-day 60-day" with
14    "60-day"; and

15    on page 3, in line 21 by replacing "180 60  days"  with  "one
16    year 60 days".
