 4    on page 45, by deleting lines 1 through 5; and

 5    on  page  47,  by  replacing  lines  30  through  32 with the
 6    following:
 7             "(1)  an individual acting as the decedent's"; and

 8    on page 48, line 3, by replacing "(3)" with "(2); and

 9    on page  48,  by  replacing  lines  6  through  14  with  the
10    following:
11             "(2)  the decedent's spouse,
