 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1379

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1379, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 2, line 24,  after  "applicant"  by  inserting
 5    "that   involved  the  release  of  a  contaminant  into  the
 6    environment"; and

 7    on page 21, line  30,  after  "respondent"  by  inserting  ",
 8    including   whether  the  previously  adjudicated  violations
 9    involved the release of a contaminant into the  environment";
10    and

11    on page 23, line 25, by deleting "and"; and

12    on   page   23,  line  30,  by  replacing  "agreement."  with
13    "agreement; and
14             (10)  that the  non-compliance  in  an  agricultural
15        operation  resulted,  in  whole  or  in part, from severe
16        weather, wildlife, or an act of vandalism or terrorism.".
